The new chemo isn't the answer after all. Today, Janette was more nauseous than any other time before. She even looks drawn and ill. The last two days have been awful for her.
Tomorrow is my day off from radiation transporting, but Aunt Eliska will go to the chemo nurses to talk about this chemo and about getting better nausea medication.
This is a good time for prayers and meditations to bring comfort and ease.

- On April 9, 2009 after a biopsy and a PET scan, Janette was diagnosed with lung cancer. The cancer is in many lympth nodes in her chest and lower neck, some lympth nodes around her lungs and a small mass inside the lung. The cancer also in some of her bones-- near the tailbone, lumbar, both sides of pelvis, both sides of colarbone and both cheeks. One of the affected lymph nodes is pressing on the nerve to the vocal cord and has caused vocal cord paralysis on her right side. [The cancer in the back is causing reflective pain in her groin when she moves that leg and some pain in her back--this is no longer true!] The cancer is inoperable and Janette is receiving radiation and chemotherapy to stop its spread and kill what's there.
